APPOINTMENTS

All consultations are by appointment. We usually allow 10 minutes per appointment but if you need more time please ask for a double appointment. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen please ask for a separate appointment for each. You are not restricted to the doctor with whom you are registered and for non-urgent appointments you may see whom you wish.

If you need to cancel an appointment please let us know as soon as possible - somebody else might like to use it!

If you have an urgent problem you will be offered an appointment the same day with whichever doctor is available. Routine appointments are available within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If, however, you have a preference for a specific doctor you may need to wait longer.

We now run an "Early bird surgery"
This runs between 6.30am and 8.00a.m on Monday mornings. It is designed for those who would like to see the doctor before going to work. Appointments must be pre-booked.

  This facility is available for those wishing to book single appointments with the doctors or nurses. If you require a double appointment, or need more time for other reasons such as a medical or having a coil fitted then please book this in the usual way by telephoning surgery.

Kirtlington Surgery
Although there is no appointment system for this patients are asked to contact the main surgery on the morning they intend to come so that their medical records are available to the doctor taking the surgery.
